We are a distribution company and sales agency focused on genre films.

Our first premiere Terrified by Demián Rugna positioned Mantícora as a disruptive distributor capable of bringing quality titles to the public. Followed by The Nightshifter (Dennison Ramalho) and the world premiere of the 30th anniversary 4K restoration of Alejandro Jodorowsky's classic, Santa Sangre.
In the pipeline of releases, strong bets continued across the entire spectrum of the genre, such as The Nowhere Inn by Bill Benz, Luz: The Flower of Evil by Juan Diego Alzate and Swedish-Mexican production Black Circle by Adrián García Bogliano.

We have in our DNA a strong influence of quality Mexican cinema, at Mantícora we have managed the release of national titles outside the universe of the genre such as Marionet by Álvaro Curiel and The Wolves by Samuel Kishi Leopo, the latter winner of the Generation KPlus International Jury Grand Prize at the 2020 Berlin Film Festival.

We have also supported the production and development of Latin American horror titles such as The Furies by the Argentine director Tamae Garateguy, Drifter In The Rain by Adrián García Bogliano, Dollhouse by Gabriel Govela, supported by Ibermedia.
